First of all: the description on the Booking site is complete and reflects all opportunities/benefits. I would say it is the best hotel for tourists without skies/snowboards or business trips. Accommodation: the room was clean and very spacious. The view was to the inner square of the building, so no traffic below my windows. Toilet is also clean and had everything, that you might need: shampoo, soap, sewing kit and even ear-plugs:) There was a bed, 2 chairs and a lot of space in the wardrobe. As well as the free safe. Also, there is a central heating/cooling system with a thermostat, but I didn't use it. I didn't ask, but it seems that they don't have a spare room for skies/snowboard, so you'll probably have to keep it all in the room/balcony. Location: it is located in the very city center, so you'll need just 5 minutes to reach most of sightseeing places! Better location couldn't be imagined! Still it is located 15 minutes away from main railroad station, so take it into consideration, if you don't travel by car. Breakfast: breakfast costs extra (app. 20 euros each), but it is completely worth it! You get meat and cheese slices, veggies, even salmon. Besides that there are different cereals, fruits and even hot omelette and sausages! I would recommend to reserve breakfast, as they serve it from early morning, so you can eat and start your daily itineraries! Parking: they don't have their own parking, but the closest parking to them has a contract, so you could pay for the parking at the reception - it will be cheaper, if you pay at the parking itself. Staff: the people at the receptions are extremely friendly! They can help you with anything: to make an Innsbruck card, to reserve a table, to help you find a way. They speak English and Deutsch, it was a great pleasure to talk to them, they were very helpful! Benefits: they have sauna, but depending on the season it has different working hours.

Starting with the complementary airport shuttle things were quite perfect. Arrived 09.30 A.M. but the room was already ready and with a welcome upgrade. Personnel is very friendly. Hotel is well situated, walking distance to the Altstadt, centre etc. Rooms are luxurious, nice rooftop terrace, didn't try the restaurant for dinner but breakfast was good, freshly baked eggs, good quality products. To my surprise the hotel had a small but nice spa which I enjoyed a few times. There is no gym but you can go to a partner hotel closeby that offers free access to a McFit. Walking distance to central trainstation where you connect easily by bus to the airport. Great value for money, great hotel in a beautiful environment.

Very beautiful building, can't believe it's 500+ years old. It's very artistic, classic, like a museum. The room is also stylish and spacious. The location is great: less than 5 min to the old city center, to congress bus station / nordkatten kable, and bus stop for sightseeing bus and bus to Swarovski crystal world. Very convenient to all main attractions! The staff is very friendly and give good travel advice.

Room was more than expected. It was very clean, spacious, well decorated and also comfortable. Sauna was clean, hot and well prepared for relaxation. Rooftop has good views for the city and surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and many choices. Also easy access to old town, just 4min walking and 6min walking to Congress station. Good location. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable of city tours.

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station but convenient. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. There's a downstairs spacious sauna and steam room which I believe is free but unfortunately I didn't have time to try. It's walking distance to the old town. Cozy and quiet rooms. Would stay there again.
